5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Taxes (GST/HST/QST where applicable) will be calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address.

5.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5.3 Payment

We accept payment by major credit cards and other methods as offered at checkout. All payment transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment processors. Brevon Gate does not store full payment card details. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

6.2 Order Acceptance

A binding contract is formed between you and Brevon Gate only when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

You may cancel a standard order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible and returns must be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Delivery timelines, rates, and packaging details are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points:

Free shipping on all orders over $75 (CAD) within Canada
Standard orders dispatched within 3–7 business days from Vaudreuil-Dorion
Bikes are shipped 85–95% assembled in protective packaging
Tracking information provided upon dispatch
Brevon Gate is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer

8. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund terms are set out in full in our Return & Refund Policy. Key points:

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery on unridden, unassembled bikes in original packaging
Bikes that have been assembled and ridden are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present
Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Content

All content on the Brevon Gate website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, icons, and the overall design and layout — is the property of Brevon Gate or its licensors and is protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
